Scholarship Information

Here at Chick-fil-A Kalispell we strive to give back to our team. One of the ways we do that is through our scholarship program. As a team member you will be eligible to apply for the scholarships listed below.

Tuition Reimbursement

  • Eligible to request 1 check each semester that you are in college and working at the same time (September-May). 

  • Payment amount is based on average hours worked per week.

  • Full time Student

    • 20 hours - $500

    • 30 hours - $750

    • 40 hours - $1000

  • Part time Student

    • 20 hours - $250

    • 30 hours - $500

    • 40 hours - $750


Summer Outside Scholarship (SOS) Program

  • Award Amount: Up to $3,000 + 12/hr

  • Eligibility:

    • 18+ years old

    • Be a post secondary undergraduate or graduate student or planning to enroll in an undergraduate or graduate study at an accredited 2- or 4- year college, university, or vocational-technical school for the following academic year

    • Be available full time May-August

      • Flexibility for school start and end dates

      • Two weeks unpaid vacation

    • Two letters of recommendation

Remarkable Futures Scholarship - Two options

  • True Inspiration Scholarship

    • Award Amount: $25,000

    • Eligibility: 

      • Be a CFA employee at the time of application and award

      • Be a post secondary undergraduate or graduate student or planning to enroll in an undergraduate or graduate study at an accredited 2- or 4- year college, university, or vocational-technical school for the following academic year

      • Be recommended by an operator, addressing the Team Member’s professional achievement

      • Show dedicated care and service in the 12 months prior to application

      • Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale

      • Demonstrate financial need

    • Application Closes end of October

  • Leadership Scholarship

    • Award Amount: $1,000 or $2,500

    • Eligibility:

      • Be a CFA employee at the time of application and award

      • Be a post secondary undergraduate or graduate student or planning to enroll in an undergraduate or graduate study at an accredited 2- or 4- year college, university, or vocational-technical school for the following academic year

      • Be recommended by an operator, addressing the Team Member’s professional achievement

      • Show dedicated care and service in the 12 months prior to application

      • Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale

    • Application closes end of October
